Ken Johnson
President/Director of Sales

Has been a part of Newmac's development from its original 1976 start in Woodstock, Ontario. As present owner of the company he is responsible for overall corporate strategies and to focus daily plant operations around productivity targets. After spearheading ISO 9001 certification is now actively pursuing international markets.


Tony Comeau, P.Eng.
Technical Marketer

Started with Newmac in 1993 as Service Manager. Presently responsible for plant forecast, corporate sales strategies, contract review and new product objectives. Actively involved in industry shows, customer training seminars, customer liaison, advertising development and member of ISO 9001 plant audit team.


Greg Yorke
Purchasing Manager

Started with Newmac in 1996 with a strong background in the heating industry. Is responsible for procurement and transportation of materials for all plant departments. Works closely with production staff for timely deliveries of material based on production forecast. Oversees general inventory and stockroom as well as shipping/receiving.


Jim Johnson
Quality Control Officer

As manager of ISO 9001 is primarily responsible to maintain requirements of certification. This requires coordination of all plant departments to main quality product and to effectively communicate program goals. Duties also include plant maintenance and staff training programs.


Tracy Colpitts
Payroll/Job Costing

Responsible for processing of payroll, job costing, generation of INMASS productivity reports, bill of materials and office requisitions. Also maintains plant health insurance files.


Phil Cole
Comptroller

Responsible for accounts payable, department budgets, general plant productivity analysis and office manager.

Jim Barley
Plant Manager

Employed with Newmac from the start of operations in Debert in 1977. Presently responsible for all plant operations and production planning and custom fabrication.

Betty Totten
Order Entry

Processes all customer orders, service inquiries and prepares sales statistics for marketing.
